Plan hours

Every plan includes a pool of monitoring hours.

The "8 hours a night" on each plan is an average, not a nightly cut-off. What you actually get is a set number of monitoring hours for each billing cycle. Sleep nine hours one night and six the next — it all comes out of the same pool.

Plan Typical night Hours per cycle
7-Day Evaluationabout 8 hours56
Basicabout 8 hours248
Standardabout 8 hours248
Extendedabout 12 hours372
Continuousaround-the-clock744

Each monthly figure is the typical night multiplied by 31, so even the longest month is covered end to end. Basic and Standard include the same hours — the difference between them is how often the app checks (every 5 minutes on Basic, every minute on Standard) and whether you get sleep history and caregiver alerts. The 7-Day Evaluation's 56 hours are a one-time pool spread over its 7-day window; it does not renew.

What counts

Only time actually spent monitoring.
