Plan hours
Every plan includes a pool of monitoring hours.
The "8 hours a night" on each plan is an average, not a nightly cut-off.
What you actually get is a set number of monitoring hours for each billing cycle. Sleep nine
hours one night and six the next — it all comes out of the same pool.
| Plan |
Typical night |
Hours per cycle |
| 7-Day Evaluation | about 8 hours | 56 |
| Basic | about 8 hours | 248 |
| Standard | about 8 hours | 248 |
| Extended | about 12 hours | 372 |
| Continuous | around-the-clock | 744 |
Each monthly figure is the typical night multiplied by 31, so even
the longest month is covered end to end. Basic and Standard include the same hours — the
difference between them is how often the app checks (every 5 minutes on Basic, every
minute on Standard) and whether you get sleep history and caregiver alerts.
The 7-Day Evaluation's 56 hours are a one-time pool spread over its 7-day window; it does
not renew.
